Sign-Up Days
In order to participate in the ESN Intro Week, you must come by during one of these days to pick up all necessary items, (wristband, goodie bag, Student Mobility Card (public transit card) and the ESNcard).
If you are a student of the RUG or Hanze you can pick up your wristband & items at the RUG Welcome Ceremony (Thursday) and Hanze Welcome Day (Friday) respectively.
If you are not yet in the city, you will have the chance to register at our information points during the week.
Sign-up Day 1 – 28th August
10:00 – 16:00: All Students
Harmony Building: Canteen (Oude Kijk in Het Jatstraat 26)
Sign-up Day 2 – 29th August
14:00 – 16:30: RUG Students
We are at the RUG Welcome Ceremony: MartiniPlaza (Leonard Springerlaan 2)
Sign-up Day 3 – 30th August
10:30 – 13:30: Hanze Students
We are at the Hanze Welcome Day: Van OlstBorg (Zernikeplein 7)
