Career Committee

All the activities organized by the Career Committee have the goal of preparing the international student for an international career. The Career committee is responsible for the organization of two events per year. The first one is the Energy Internship and Career Plaza. The EICP is part of the Energy Delta Convention that is organized in Martiniplaza every year. In 2012 the EICP will be held on November 21 and is organized in cooperation with the University of Groningen, Hanze University, Talent and Career Centre and foundation Energy Valley.

The second activity organized by this committee is an international congress. The content of this congress will be set in consultation with the board. The committee is responsible for everything that needs to be arranged for this congress, from the location to the workshops and from the goodie bag to the speakers. The committee consists of seven members: a president, secretary, treasurer, PR/acquisition, acquisition and two day coordinators. The time you spend on this committee is 5-6 hours a week, but it depends on the time. If the congresses are approaching, the committee is busier of course.
